Transportation Lane Manager - International Trade

Location: Cincinnati, United States; onsite

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day planning and end-to-end cross-border operations for assigned international trade lanes.
• Monitor service, cost, sustainability, and compliance KPIs; perform root cause analysis and drive performance improvements.
• Direct 3PLs, 4PLs, carriers, and sites on operational execution and P&G I-Trade standards.
• Manage operational relationships and performance reviews across logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
• Support sourcing changes, lane creation, and successful startup of new transportation lanes.
• Identify lane data and milestone accuracy gaps, assign actions, and deliver sustainable corrective solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, operations management, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work-related experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in transportation operations.
• Leadership, communication, prioritization, strategic thinking, and disciplined execution skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to facilitate lane creation, carrier performance reviews, and 3PL/4PL action plans.
