Transportation Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Ohio - Field, United States

Salary: $99,700–$117,300 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs.

What you will do

• Own operational execution and the transportation budget for domestic and international freight.
• Lead and develop a team of analysts supporting transportation operations, cost savings, and continuous improvement.
• Manage carrier and vendor relationships, including RFP cycles, contracts, negotiations, rates, and service performance.
• Ensure transportation management systems and reporting support accurate operational and KPI results.
• Report transportation KPIs, budget performance, efficiencies, and business recommendations to leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional supply chain teams to improve accountability, efficiency, and cost performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in supply chain and transportation operations.
• Experience working directly with transportation vendors and carriers.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and translate findings into operational action.
