National Account Manager (FMCG)

Location: Hybrid, based in Southbank, Australia; 3 days in office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Manage specified categories on the Woolworths account and deliver NSV, trade investment, gross return, sales, and profit targets.
• Build the commercial relationship between Woolworths and hirify.global across category management, trade, planning, and demand functions.
• Develop customer plans aligned with brand plans and execute joint sales and marketing programs.
• Lead category workshops and reviews using customer and category insights.
• Negotiate promotional programs covering deals, frequency, displays, catalogue support, and retail media activation.
• Execute tailored new product launch plans and manage the 12-month forecast against Woolworths demand projections.

Requirements

• Prior FMCG experience with a national account customer.
• Account management and/or category management knowledge and experience.
• Strong negotiation and financial skills.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Experience working with Woolworths is preferred.
