Dealer Specialist (Auto Finance)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain business relationships with automotive dealers through daily conversations, solicitations, and responsive customer service.
• Communicate credit decisions and follow up with dealers to drive incremental sales volume.
• Educate dealer representatives on auto finance programs.
• Structure deals with dealer representatives to create terms acceptable to all parties.
• Establish and track monthly purchase objectives for assigned dealers.
• Support the Funding team by resolving documentation issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis, including knowledge of deal terms, agreements, APR, and credit scores.
• Professional communication, persuasion, negotiation, sales, and resistance-management skills.
• Strong organization, time management, problem-solving, and computer skills, including Microsoft Office and standard business applications.
• Ability to work autonomously, remain composed in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate as an individual contributor.
• Ability to work at the Mesa Operation Center in Mesa, Arizona.

Nice to have

• Prior automotive industry experience.
• Experience in dealership or vendor acquisition and development.
