Location: Milan, Italy (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Resolve incoming employee technical requests and maintain strict SLAs.
  • Manage the employee IT lifecycle, including device enrollment and access administration.
  • Oversee software governance for collaboration tools like Slack and Zoom.
  • Monitor endpoint health via CrowdStrike and ensure availability of multi-cloud infrastructure.
  • Administer user lifecycles, security policies, and SSO integrations in Okta.
  • Maintain conference room systems and provide AV support for events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or systems administration.
  • Hands-on experience with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Proven experience managing Mac and Windows endpoints using MDM/UEM tools.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security tools like CrowdStrike or similar EDR platforms.
  • Strong familiarity with ITSM tools and maintaining SLAs.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and DNS management.
