Digital Advisor (Microsoft 365)

Location: Monselice, Italy; on-site support visits to assigned remote locations may be required.

What you will do

• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, mobile solutions, and digital workplace best practices.
• Deliver user training and coaching to improve digital skills and productivity.
• Provide first-line digital and IT support for office-based and manufacturing users.
• Manage incidents, resolve problems, and support IT system availability, security, compliance, and governance.
• Manage the lifecycle of computers, mobile phones, tablets, and collaboration equipment.
• Translate user and business needs into improvements, coordinate external IT providers, and contribute to local and global IT projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent higher education.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, digital workplace support, or end-user training.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Copilot.
• Experience supporting Windows environments, Android and iOS devices, collaboration technologies, networking, workplace infrastructure, connectivity, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Basic project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Good level of English, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and a customer-oriented mindset.
