IT Project Manager

Location: Full remote from Portugal; Porto and Lisbon listed as locations.

What you will do

• Develop comprehensive project plans and coordinate technical resources throughout project delivery.
• Oversee projects from conceptual design through implementation, managing scope, budget, timelines, and standards.
• Monitor milestones and deliverables and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Identify project risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, IT Operations, Development teams, and other stakeholders to define objectives and solve delivery issues.
• Provide regular project updates and documentation while promoting efficiency and successful delivery.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT experience, including 3 or more years as a project manager on international projects.
• Understanding of project management processes, strategies, and methods.
• Experience working with technical teams and familiarity with DevOps, Cloud, and Cybersecurity topics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and managerial skills.
