What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and digital projects from initiation to transition.
• Manage product development initiatives in collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Support R&D and innovation-focused projects.
• Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels to ensure clear communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financials.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering IT projects within complex or regulated industries like energy or infrastructure.
• Strong planning, risk management, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience working with multiple suppliers and integrators.
• Ability to adapt delivery approaches (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to optimize outcomes.
• Comfortable running projects in fluid and evolving environments.
• Experience supporting R&D or innovation initiatives.
