Senior Project Manager

Location: Remote, based in Argentina

What you will do

• Lead complex technology and business projects through initiation, planning, execution, delivery, and closure.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional business, technology, and other stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
• Monitor dependencies, risks, issues, deliverables, scope changes, and project quality.
• Facilitate project meetings, status updates, change management, and executive-level reporting.
• Provide clear project status, recommendations, and mitigation strategies to support decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in Argentina.
• 8+ years of professional experience in project or program management, preferably in technology or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, risk management, and mitigation practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or another relevant project management certification.
• Experience with enterprise technology, systems implementation, transformation, or modernization initiatives.
