Senior Manager, U.S. Marketing (MedTech)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; remote work may be considered case by case for highly qualified candidates. Requires up to 30% domestic travel within the United States for customer events, meetings, and congresses.

Base pay: $122,000–$212,750 annually; Bay Area, California range: $142,000–$244,950 annually.

What you will do

• Develop and execute U.S. commercial marketing initiatives supporting launch readiness, revenue growth, customer adoption, and brand objectives.
• Lead cross-functional commercialization initiatives for the MONARCH Urology Platform, a robotic-assisted platform for endoluminal and percutaneous urinary tract access.
• Translate customer insights, market dynamics, and field feedback into positioning, messaging frameworks, and proof-point narratives.
• Build sales enablement tools, training programs, launch materials, and field-readiness capabilities with Sales Leadership and Commercial Education.
• Lead customer engagement and market activation initiatives, including congresses, faculty programs, VIP customer visits, and launch events.
• Use analytics, market research, and performance metrics to optimize commercial programs and coordinate compliant execution across internal functions and agencies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive business experience, including marketing experience in MedTech.
• Experience with commercialization, product launches, market development, sales enablement, or customer adoption initiatives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, work through ambiguity, and deliver results in a matrixed organization.
• Understanding of promotional review processes and claims substantiation in a regulated MedTech environment.
• Strong communication, project management, stakeholder influence, and commercial strategy skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in surgical robotics, urology, endourology, capital equipment, or high-complexity MedTech.
• Experience building commercial strategies, sales enablement tools, and commercial programs in a high-growth environment.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
