What you will do

• Lead the development of benefits-led value propositions and messaging frameworks across market segments.
• Execute end-to-end go-to-market planning for product launches and releases.
• Maintain competitive intelligence and analyze win/loss data to sharpen market differentiation.
• Create high-impact sales assets including presentation decks, solution sheets, and case studies.
• Partner with Commercial Enablement to equip Sales teams with effective selling tools.
• Mentor junior team members and facilitate high-stakes planning across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of product marketing experience in launching and scaling complex services.
• Direct experience in healthcare, health plans, or benefits administration is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to work onsite in Tempe, AZ.
