Senior Marketing Manager, Product (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $90,000–$145,000 annual base salary, depending on location, skills, and experience.

What you will do

• Own benefits-led value propositions, product positioning, and messaging frameworks across market segments, buyer personas, and buying stages.
• Lead end-to-end go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and releases.
• Build market and competitive intelligence using buyer insights, win/loss data, and sales calls.
• Oversee and contribute to presentation decks, solution sheets, case studies, and other sales assets.
• Partner with Commercial Enablement to equip Sales and Strategic Account Executives with effective positioning tools and content.
• Set measurable objectives, report on performance, mentor junior marketers, and lead complex cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of product marketing experience launching and scaling complex products and services.
• Direct experience in healthcare, health plans, health insurance, benefits administration, or third-party administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and advanced PowerPoint skills for executive-level presentations.
• Experience with marketing analytics, campaign performance reporting, CRM, and sales enablement platforms.
