What you will do

• Provide efficient technical support for hirify.global 3D scanners and software through online sessions, phone, and email.
• Support customers during occasional on-site events.
• Manage support cases by gathering customer information and recording it in the CRM.
• Collaborate with other departments and escalate customer feedback when needed.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented approach with strong communication and active listening skills.
• Strong verbal and written French and Ukrainian at B2 level or higher.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher for internal communication.
• Problem-solving, logical thinking, analytical, multitasking, and empathetic skills.
• Results-driven and stress-resistant mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.
