What you will do

• Resolve escalated and complex customer issues professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Mentor and train entry-level Customer Service Representatives.
• Identify and support improvements to customer service processes.
• Help monitor service quality and overall team performance.

Requirements

• Danish and English proficiency required.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM tools and service platforms.
• High school diploma required; additional education is an advantage.
• Eligibility to work in the EU required.
