What you will do

• Develop new scientific frameworks and discovery approaches for biological performance, resilience, regeneration, and health across the lifespan.
• Design and execute research programs using advanced biology, human-relevant experimental systems, multimodal data, and AI-enabled discovery.
• Collaborate with Research Fellows, senior technical leaders, and global scientific experts to shape scientific strategy.
• Integrate experiments, computational approaches, and emerging technologies within a Design-Build-Test-Learn discovery environment.
• Translate discoveries into scientific publications, intellectual property, external collaborations, and technology opportunities.

Requirements

• PhD in skin biology, systems biology, dermatology, cell biology, regenerative medicine, biomedical sciences, computational biology, or a related discipline.
• Current or recent postdoctoral experience in a relevant field is also accepted.
• Research excellence demonstrated through high-quality peer-reviewed publications.
• Strong expertise in a relevant biological area such as skin and barrier biology, epithelial tissue biology, inflammation, aging, wound healing, extracellular matrix biology, or regenerative medicine.
• Hands-on experience with advanced experimental techniques and biological model systems, plus strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced imaging, image analysis, multi-omics, computational biology, bioinformatics, statistics, machine learning, or AI-enabled biological discovery.
• Experience with complex biological systems, systems-level approaches, or advanced in vitro, ex vivo, and engineered tissue models.
• Experience integrating biological, imaging, and computational datasets to generate mechanistic insights.
• Knowledge of skin aging, barrier dysfunction, inflammation, visible skin health, adaptive biological systems, or biological resilience.
