FHCS Demand Planner

What you will do

• Maintain and improve statistical demand models and planning assumptions in SAP.
• Develop and analyze short-, medium-, and long-term forecasts using historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, and new product launches.
• Identify forecast deviations and demand risks, determine root causes, and define corrective action plans.
• Monitor planning KPIs including MAPE, BIAS, Forecast Accuracy, and OTIF.
• Build optimistic, baseline, and pessimistic demand scenarios and evaluate their effects on inventory, service levels, and working capital.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, Production, and Finance to improve product availability and forecast reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Three years of experience in similar demand-planning positions.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with the Excel suite.
• Proficiency in SAP, IBP, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of statistical forecasting models, demand-pattern interpretation, scenario building, financial-impact evaluation, and data analysis.
