Analyst, GBS - Supply Planning (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans based on demand, capacity, and inventory inputs.
• Monitor customer service, inventory, waste, and obsolescence indicators, escalating availability and excess inventory risks.
• Coordinate with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Materials Planning, Procurement, Deployment, and Logistics to align production, materials, and distribution plans.
• Identify supply, capacity, material, and transportation constraints and support mitigation and recovery plans during disruptions.
• Prepare supply inputs, scenarios, and analysis for S&OE, IBP, Supply Review, and leadership discussions.
• Support process improvements involving Lean, Six Sigma, automation, analytics, and planning tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
• More than 2 years of full-time experience in Supply Planning, Production Planning, or a related Supply Chain field.
• Experience with ERP or APS systems such as SAP, OMP, or Kinaxis.
• Experience with S&OP or IBP processes.
• Ability to work from the local office in Mexico City.

Nice to have

• Experience in CPG or FMCG environments.
• Knowledge of network planning and inventory optimization.
• Continuous improvement experience or a Lean / Six Sigma mindset.
• Proficiency with planning systems.
