Global Supply Network Planning Senior Manager

Location: São José dos Campos, São Paulo, Brazil; Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico; Guaynabo, Puerto Rico; or Raritan, New Jersey, United States. Occasional late-night or early-morning meetings may be required, with up to 25% international and domestic travel.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a global team of Supply Network Planners.
• Manage worldwide inventory allocations and deployments to achieve target customer service levels.
• Manage the weekly product and service vulnerability process for Wound Closure & Healing.
• Lead Integrated Business Planning discussions with regional planning, commercial, and finance partners.
• Develop planning tools and processes to resolve demand, supply, and capacity misalignments.
• Drive improvements in OTIF at allocation, backorder performance, inventory optimization, and supply network planning maturity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA or equivalent master’s degree is desirable.
• At least 8 years of related experience in planning, materials management, logistics, inventory control, sourcing, or procurement.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain roles involving supply or demand planning.
• Experience with end-to-end supply chain interactions and S&OP or IBP.
• Strong analytical, financial, strategic planning, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English is required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, planning and flow-chart tools, and database management is also required.

Nice to have

• APICS, Lean, Six Sigma, or other Process Excellence certification.
• Knowledge of ERP, MRP, and DP systems.
• MBA or equivalent master’s degree.
