Demand Business Planner – Mexico Stream (Supply Chain): Developing and maintaining consensus demand plans and Style-Color-SKU forecasts for the Mexico customer portfolio with an accent on statistical forecasting, SIOP alignment, and cross-functional decision-making. Focus on scenario analysis, forecast accuracy, new product introductions, seasonal launches, and translating market and customer data into inventory, capacity, and service recommendations.

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional alignment to establish and maintain consensus demand plans supporting service, inventory, and financial goals.
  • Develop and maintain Style-Color-SKU-level demand forecasts across the Mexico customer portfolio.
  • Apply statistical forecasting methods, planning tools, market intelligence, customer insights, and historical performance data to improve forecast quality.
  • Lead demand reviews within the SIOP process, communicating forecast changes, assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support new product introductions, seasonal launches, replenishment planning, and commercial initiatives.
  • Develop scenario analyses and long-range demand outlooks while improving forecasting processes, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, SIOP, forecasting, replenishment, or related supply chain disciplines.
  • Experience leading cross-functional planning processes and influencing stakeholders across multiple business functions.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical forecasting methodologies and demand planning principles.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, decision-making ability, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills, written and verbal, plus advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, Logility, or similar planning systems.
