What you will do
- Manage moderately complex supply chain processes covering inventory analysis and planning, demand management, logistics, and import/export operations.
- Execute demand and supply matching, connect planning with execution, and identify operational issues and their impact.
- Analyze backlog management and synthesize demand data from countries, regions, and account managers to support forecasting.
- Coordinate or lead regional and global business unit planning teams and communicate planning requirements and guidelines.
- Monitor key performance indicators, develop reporting metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate, develop, and manage a regulatory trade compliance program while contributing to priority projects.
Requirements
- Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
- Typically 4–7 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or a related field; candidates with an advanced degree may have 3–5 years of experience.
- Knowledge of supply chain planning, demand management, inventory control, procurement, production planning, warehousing, and materials management.
- Experience with data analysis, process improvement, continuous improvement, KPIs, enterprise resource planning, and SAP applications.
- Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
Nice to have
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
