Customer Lifecycle Automation Specialist (AI Automation)

What you will do

• Build and optimize automated lifecycle flows across all customer journey stages.
• Design triggers, conditions, delays, and personalization based on user behavior and product usage.
• Create and manage transactional communications linked to key user events.
• Lead the shift toward AI-driven personalization of lifecycle messages.
• Implement segmentation using user attributes and behavioral data.
• Collaborate with product, data, design, and content teams, and own lifecycle flow reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, or email automation marketing with measurable results.
• Strong understanding of user attributes, behavioral events, segmentation, and automated workflows.
• Experience connecting data across tools and thinking in systems and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI automation tools, API integrations, or light scripting and coding.
• Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and high data accuracy.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
