Influencer Marketing Manager (Wellness Tech)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid model with 3 days per week in the Vilnius office. Work from anywhere in the world is available for up to 40 days per year.

Salary: €3,500–€3,800 per month plus bonuses after the trial period.

What you will do

• Own the full lifecycle of influencer partnerships, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate with, and recruit creators, with a strong focus on the US market.
• Analyze campaign performance using CPA, CPM, AOV, CR, and CAC to optimize creator selection and deal structures.
• Test new creator archetypes, content formats, and partnership models to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Build long-term relationships with creators, management teams, and influencer marketing agencies.
• Collaborate with performance marketing, brand, IT, and analytics teams on attribution and reporting.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
• Previous experience working with influencers or creators, ideally with US market experience.
• Strong understanding of CPA, CPM, AOV, CR, and CAC metrics.
• Experience with affiliate marketing programs and platforms such as IMPACT and Superfiliate.
• Experience working at or with DTC brands, plus an understanding of wellness or technology audiences.
• Ownership, initiative, curiosity, and a result-oriented, performance-driven approach.
