Recruiter/Sr Technical Recruiter

Recruiting support for Google's People Services team, focused on connecting technical talent with roles and improving staffing programs.

What you will do

• Source and recruit technical talent in a highly competitive market while meeting quarterly hiring goals.
• Manage the candidate journey from application through offer, including skill evaluation, interviews, reference checks, and closing.
• Develop salary recommendations and negotiate complex compensation packages.
• Coordinate with interview teams to ensure candidate and interviewer preparedness.
• Communicate with recruiters, hiring managers, and management stakeholders across the organization.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment.
• Required experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong accountability, work ethic, integrity, organization, and attention to detail.
• Customer relationship management and consultative communication skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.

Nice to have

• More than 5 years of recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting.
• Experience closing senior or executive candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
