What you will do

• Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for multiple technical candidate pipelines simultaneously.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies using Boolean search and advanced online platforms.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, craft requisitions, and establish screening criteria.
• Conduct structured interviews and facilitate competitive compensation negotiations.
• Oversee pipeline metrics to optimize outreach, conversion rates, and candidate engagement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting tools and staffing compliance standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a corporate HR or Talent Acquisition department.
• Proven track record of sourcing and attracting technical candidates in fast-paced environments.
• Willingness to work on-site Monday through Friday in a structured schedule.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment theories and staffing compliance standards.
• Ability to handle sensitive data with absolute confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Prior corporate recruiting experience within high-tech, engineering, or defense contracting sectors.
