Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote within the United States, with a preference for candidates based in the San Francisco Bay Area who can occasionally work from the San Francisco office.

Compensation: $64–$78 per hour for other U.S. cities and $75–$90 per hour for San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, and Los Angeles. Six-month contract, approximately 40 hours per week, without company benefits.

What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer across technical and go-to-market roles.
• Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies.
• Conduct screening conversations and assess candidate experience, skills, and alignment.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain a timely experience for candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting in Ashby.
• Partner with hiring managers on market insights, candidate feedback, search adjustments, offers, and negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage candidates across diverse functions and seniority levels.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Ashby and candidate-flow management.
• Experience recruiting in the San Francisco Bay Area and familiarity with its talent market.
• Ability to use pipeline data and candidate feedback to identify issues and recommend search changes.
• Ability to work independently as a contractor while managing priorities and deadlines.
