Location: Design and Service Center, Westfield Mission Valley, San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $17.75–$19.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

What you will do

• Complete customer service, store communication, and administrative or clerical tasks.
• Photograph jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Learn and perform jewelry polishing, quality control, and basic repair activities.
• Interact with customers and retail stores to support custom jewelry design and repair services.
• Develop skills toward progression from Apprentice Jeweler to Bench Jeweler and artisan.

Requirements

• Customer-service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer, organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and a high standard for quality work.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Basic jewelry, jewelry repair, or design knowledge preferred but not required; willingness to learn is accepted.
