Focus on guiding service flow, describing and serving wines, managing table needs, and maintaining exceptional standards during late-night weekend shifts.
Location: Onsite at the JUSTIN Estate, 11680 Chimney Rock Road, Paso Robles, California, USA. Schedule: Thursday–Sunday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM or closing; weekend and late-night availability required.
Salary: $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do
- Guide dinner-service flow and support real-time decisions between the kitchen and dining room.
- Deliver gracious, precise guest service aligned with Forbes Five-Star and Michelin-level standards.
- Manage beverage service, including tasting, opening, pouring, and describing wines according to Court of Master Sommeliers standards.
- Coordinate food courses, table maintenance, dining-room setup, resets, and guest-area cleanliness.
- Communicate special requests to the kitchen and anticipate guest needs throughout service.
- Complete opening, closing, polishing, restocking, and post-service dining-room duties.
Requirements
- 5+ years of fine-dining serving experience, preferably in Forbes Five-Star or Michelin restaurants.
- Expert knowledge of fine-dining service, wine, and menus, with confident leadership and delegation skills.
- Food Handler’s Card and high school diploma or GED.
- Experience with reservation management systems such as Tock.
- Ability to work full-time for 30–35 hours per week, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Verbal and written English communication is required. Professional grooming and uniform standards must be maintained.
