Auto Damage Trainee (Field)

Location: Onsite field role in the Trenton, NJ and Philadelphia, PA territory; not remote. Required training includes 3 weeks in Ashburn, VA and 2 weeks at a field training center in NY, TX, or CA.

Salary: $32.05–$50.36 per hour; starting rate of $32.05 per hour / $64,575 annually. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for licensed candidates.

What you will do

• Inspect and assess vehicle damage after accidents.
• Review insurance contracts and prepare vehicle repair estimates.
• Negotiate equitable settlements and resolve customer concerns.
• Coordinate with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers.
• Manage rental cars and support a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company underwriting guidelines required.
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, empathy, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Customer-facing or high-volume call-center experience with KPIs is preferred.
• An active adjuster’s license is preferred; training and exam fees are provided.
