What you will do
- Work with internal teams to understand products and documentation requirements.
- Analyze existing and potential content to identify reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and audience needs.
- Write online help, developer guides, end-user manuals, and application tutorials.
- Review, manage, and edit release notes for new product features during release cycles.
Requirements
- Proven experience writing API documentation.
- Experience writing simple shell scripts for REST API examples.
- Working knowledge of JSON and XML.
- Ability to create clear, accurate documentation and explain complex technical concepts through text and visuals.
- Basic familiarity with the software development life cycle and software development.
Nice to have
- Experience with UNIX, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with Swagger.
