Content Designer/Writer

Location: Fully remote and off-site

What you will do

• Analyze customer experiences and develop content strategies for digital properties.
• Use keyword research, customer insights, and analytics tools to improve content visibility and audience reach.
• Define content management, editorial, style, and formatting standards and processes.
• Create content models, metadata, taxonomies, and sitemaps.
• Collaborate with UX researchers, designers, and data analysts on user journeys, information architecture, search optimization, and distribution channels.
• Write, edit, test, organize, and publish accessible plain-language content for digital platforms and products.

Requirements

• Experience developing content strategies based on customer insights and data.
• Experience with content inventories, audits, quality evaluations, usability, accessibility, and inclusivity.
• Knowledge of plain-language practices, Section 508, and WCAG.
• Experience creating content models, metadata, taxonomies, and sitemaps.
• Ability to collaborate with UX, design, and data analytics stakeholders.
