Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid schedule with on-site work Tuesday–Thursday

What you will do

• Review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, consistency, grammar, and formatting.
• Collaborate with writers, designers, and other contributors to produce high-quality materials.
• Maintain and enforce editorial standards and guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality.
• Manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven editing experience, preferably at a senior level.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Strong understanding of grammar, style, and formatting standards.
• Ability to work on-site in Chicago Tuesday–Thursday as part of a hybrid schedule.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
