Data Operations - Chief of Staff

Annual salary: $102,400–$170,600 USD, depending on experience and geographic location; eligible for an annual bonus plan.

What you will do

• Act as a strategic thought partner to the Managing Director of Data Ops & Data Governance, driving clarity, execution, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish the organization’s operating cadence, including leadership forums, all-hands meetings, accountability practices, and executive-ready narratives.
• Coordinate strategic alignment across Technology, Business Teams, Data Ops, and other internal partners.
• Improve planning rigor, delivery standards, risk management, and operational efficiency across the DataOps lifecycle.
• Identify delivery risks and blockers, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and align deliverables with team capacity.
• Partner with HRBPs on talent calibration, internal mobility, strategic staffing, early-career pipelines, engagement, and goal alignment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience in strategy, analytics, product, consulting, or Chief of Staff/COO-type roles; healthcare experience is preferred.
• Experience with product development and customer engagement concepts, including connecting digital experiences to business value.
• Demonstrated program leadership experience in matrixed environments without formal ownership.
• Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, including decks, memos, and executive briefings.
• Strong stakeholder influence, consulting-grade problem-solving, and hands-on project oversight skills.
• For work at home, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
