Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Supervise entry and processing staff, including hiring, training, evaluation, development, and performance management.
• Monitor workflows, assign resources, and ensure timely and accurate processing against organizational and contractual requirements.
• Analyze operational and quality reports, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and maintain procedures for new programs and contracts in collaboration with internal departments.
• Respond to customer inquiries, manage escalations, and support customer satisfaction.
• Handle scheduling, timekeeping, disciplinary matters, quality control, coaching, and special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of direct supervisory experience, including hiring and firing authority for a minimum of 10 associates.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare, preferably government healthcare delivery, or in a production environment.
• For ICS/Mail Distribution Centers, 2 years of experience supporting production teams in print, fulfillment, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• May require U.S. citizenship and a current security clearance.
