Sr Director, Network Strategy & Planning

Location: Remote within the continental United States; Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York are excluded.

Base pay: $121,200–$225,200 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop business plans and provider network strategies across multiple lines of business and plan geographies.
• Lead the design, optimization, and long-term planning of provider networks to balance financial discipline, quality, and access.
• Evaluate strategic concepts against business objectives, operational capabilities, outcomes, and business impact.
• Develop market, competitive, and internal analytics to support network strategy.
• Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables for internal and external audiences.
• Lead and mentor teams while coordinating matrix relationships and translating executive strategy into measurable results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or strategic consulting.
• At least 5 years of management experience, including leading and mentoring staff.
• Experience with strategic planning, strategy development, analytics, and research.
• Experience working successfully with senior management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience overseeing annual budgets, allocating resources, developing business cases, and conducting cost-benefit analyses.
• Remote employees must live within the continental United States, excluding Alaska, California, Hawaii, and New York; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• MBA or MHA.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience with regulated markets, including ACA, Medicaid, and Medicare Advantage.
