Project Lead (Logistics)

What you will do

• Lead logistics operations improvement projects from problem definition through execution, hyper care, and benefits realization.
• Manage operational performance across warehousing, transportation, last-mile delivery, shipment execution, claims, escalations, and supplier follow-up.
• Work with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders to identify root causes, remove bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Translate business needs into work instructions, dashboards, tracking mechanisms, governance routines, and practical process improvements.
• Improve shipment visibility, delivery reliability, warehouse capacity usage, cost efficiency, and process standardization across local and global teams.
• Use data automation to identify trends, challenge assumptions, and support operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain operations, planning, warehousing, transportation, 3PL management, or operational project management.
• Experience managing operational issues, supplier performance, cross-functional projects, and stakeholder expectations.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills for operational tracking, performance analysis, and management reporting.
• Strong understanding of logistics execution, warehouse operations, transport planning, delivery performance, and escalation management.
• Experience with systems integration and system development, including AI enablement.

Nice to have

• Experience in semiconductor, high-tech, spare parts logistics, or time-critical supply chain environments.
• Project management, Lean, Six Sigma, or supply chain certification.
