Sr. Global Sourcing Manager (Finished Goods)

What you will do

• Develop and implement sourcing and supplier strategies for current and future finished-goods business.
• Lead cost-management initiatives, including best-cost launches and continuous post-production cost improvements.
• Build strategic supplier relationships, provide performance feedback, and drive quality, supply, cost, service, and innovation results.
• Identify supply-chain risks and implement mitigation plans while ensuring regulatory and ethical sourcing compliance.
• Enable collaborative supplier innovation, joint development, process improvement, and breakthrough solutions.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, finance, engineering, operations, and quality teams; mentor and support junior staff.

Requirements

• Proven experience developing sourcing strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and managing costs.
• Strong analytical, market research, data-driven decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience managing strategic supplier relationships, continuous improvement, supply-chain risks, and mitigation plans.
• Leadership, mentoring, change-management, and process-improvement capabilities.
• Understanding of sustainability, environmental, regulatory, and ethical sourcing standards.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are required. A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or professional certification such as CPM or CSCP.
• Additional language skills.
