Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Hsinchu, Taiwan; primary location in Luzhu District, Taoyuan City

What you will do

• Manage operations delivered by outsourced logistics providers and internal teams.
• Plan ordering, purchasing, and customer account activities for the local region.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels across multiple locations.
• Lead staffing, recruitment, training, retention, and employee performance review activities.
• Perform inventory reconciliations, validations, audits, and corrective-action follow-up.
• Prepare operational reports and analyses, manage commitment methodologies, and submit claims for lost or damaged materials.

Requirements

• Experience managing warehouse or logistics operations and coordinating multiple providers.
• Ability to analyze operational data and determine appropriate actions within established procedures.
• Ability to direct employees, administer company policies, and gain cooperation from stakeholders.
• Ability to work in environments requiring extended standing, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, lifting, and use of hand and power tools.
• Ability to distinguish colors and work in environments with potentially difficult noise levels.
