Service Supply Chain Strategic Partner Manager

Location: Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan Region. Relocation: Not available. Travel: 25%.

What you will do

• Design and implement service partner strategies, relationship models, and strategic supplier roadmaps.
• Use AI tools, automation, and process improvement methodologies to improve supply chain efficiency and partner performance.
• Interpret data to develop processes, strategies, and tools supporting supply chain objectives.
• Lead large cross-division teams and complex programs while mentoring and guiding contributors.
• Advise internal and external executives on supply chain risks, growth opportunities, and operational issues.
• Lead negotiations covering commercial terms, pricing, service models, performance commitments, and cost savings.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in supply chain management, operations management, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Typically 10+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, strategic partner management, or related strategic business functions.
• Experience with large-scale transformation, automation, digitalization, or AI-enabled business initiatives.
• Experience managing strategic supplier or partner relationships, commercial negotiations, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, warehousing, logistics, and reverse supply chain flows, with advanced financial analysis and modeling skills.
• Mastery of English and the local language, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders at VP level and above.
