Service Technician - Field Service (iGaming)

Location: Macau, SAR; on-site field service with occasional travel for product compliance, game show setup, and training

What you will do

• Provide service and technical support for gaming products under dedicated service contracts or on an ad hoc basis.
• Perform basic troubleshooting, repairs, and faulty component replacement.
• Execute service and preventive maintenance schedules and record completed work in electronic templates.
• Communicate with casino customers daily to address questions, issues, and product inquiries.
• Procure consumables and parts according to internal procedures while following casino access and equipment-control requirements.
• Travel periodically for product compliance activities, game show setup, and training.

Requirements

• Basic electrical, mechanical, computer, and electronics knowledge gained through trade education, formal education, or demonstrated interest.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and service manuals.
• High school certificate or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the jurisdiction of employment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming card or license.
• Customer-service orientation and the ability to remain composed under stress.
