China – Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance Technician (T)

What you will do

• Provide shift-based online support for continuous production lines and maintain equipment performance against quality, yield, cost, utilization, and cycle-time targets.
• Monitor and report machine status and issues to the EE Leader and Engineer.
• Perform final product conversion tests, maintain 6S standards, and support smooth production flow.
• Help reduce machine downtime and improve MTBA and MTBF through troubleshooting and equipment support.
• Support engineering projects, train operators on machine operation, and improve operator skills.
• Distribute and replace spare parts while maintaining accurate tracking records.

Requirements

• Engineering diploma preferred.
• At least two years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, including maintenance and troubleshooting of Assy DA equipment.
• Knowledge of TOP equipment and processes, machine troubleshooting, alarm handling, machine status checks, and device changes.
• Experience with routine preventive maintenance of machines and tooling.
• Ability to generate reports focused on machine alarm analysis and troubleshooting, with strong quality and project follow-up skills.
• Workable English and good interpersonal and communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
