What you will do
- Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical or data engineering teams.
- Discover and clarify client business problems, challenging assumptions and translating needs into actionable requirements and outcomes.
- Work closely with engineers, analysts and architects throughout delivery to resolve ambiguity and validate that solutions meet business needs.
- Support data products across discovery, requirements, delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Work with users and stakeholders to embed data products, drive adoption and gather feedback.
- Take ownership of ambiguous problems while maintaining focus on business outcomes and measurable value.
Requirements
- Strong business analysis, consulting and problem-solving skills, preferably in data, analytics or digital environments.
- Ability to uncover underlying business problems and translate between business and technical teams.
- Good understanding of data, analytics and data products, with the ability to engage with technical detail.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills, including direct client interaction.
- Experience supporting products through delivery, adoption and continuous improvement.
- Background as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Product Analyst or Data Consultant with readiness to take on greater ownership and client responsibility.
