TL;DR
Analyst V (Operations and Project Management): Managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, issues, funding, and customer requirements for Army-supported test and engineering projects with an accent on government operations, financial tracking, and project lifecycle coordination. Location: Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, Alabama, United States; travel: 15%

hirify.global provides test and engineering services supporting the Army Division through the RTC Test and Engineering Services contract.

What you will do

  • Manage project cost, schedule, performance, risks, and issues across initiation, planning, execution, reporting, and retirement.
  • Develop project scopes and cost estimates with customers, the Program Operations Lead, and teammates.
  • Maintain communication with customers and technical teams about project needs, schedules, requirements, and funding.
  • Create and maintain schedules, organization charts, quad charts, and funds management tools.
  • Develop work breakdown structures to track labor, materials, travel expenses, and multiple funding sources.
  • Provide project updates through email, phone, online meetings, and in-person meetings.

Requirements

  • At least a bachelor's degree in a technical, science, or business discipline and 12 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, military training, and experience.
  • For Operations Analyst assignments, at least 8 years of relevant experience must include DoD or Army regulations, policies, and procedures, operational requirements, budgets, timelines, reviews, audits, VIP events, and customer service.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Secret government security clearance.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including highly proficient use of Excel.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering instructions.
