Schedule Analyst

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado

Salary: $65,000–$120,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Review integrated master schedules and identify opportunities to condense or simplify schedule detail.
• Develop critical paths and generate summary schedule views for presentations.
• Stress-test schedules and analyze schedule robustness, risks, and confidence levels.
• Perform schedule risk assessments, including actual-versus-baseline analysis, duration estimates, progress evaluation, and critical path analysis.
• Support schedule estimating, performance measurement through earned value management, schedule forecasting, and prediction analysis.
• Interface daily with government personnel and prime contractors.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience supporting space programs and defense programs.
• Solid Department of Defense schedule management experience and knowledge of DoD acquisition scheduling and earned value management guidelines.
• At least five years of proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience performing program-level schedule analysis, preparing schedule assessments, and developing reports and presentations.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required; candidates must be TS eligible.
