Schedule Analyst, Senior

Location: On-site in Colorado Springs, Colorado, United States

Salary: $90,000–$135,000 per year, depending on education and experience.

What you will do

• Perform schedule risk assessments and analyze actual, baseline, and estimated durations.
• Evaluate schedule progress against plans and review contractors’ written reports.
• Conduct critical path, schedule prediction, performance measurement, earned value, and project forecasting analyses.
• Develop and maintain program roadmaps based on MS Project schedules.
• Assess Integrated Master Schedules, identify opportunities to simplify schedule detail, and support schedule de-confliction.
• Interface daily with government personnel and prime contractors.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of Department of Defense schedule management experience.
• At least 8 years of experience with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting space programs.
• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in mathematics, engineering, business, or the sciences.
• Knowledge of DoD acquisition scheduling, schedule management, scheduling, and earned value management guidelines.
• U.S. citizenship and an active Secret security clearance are required; TS eligibility is also required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Milestones Professional, SSI Tools, Power BI, and government programs.
• Experience with senior leader engagement and large-scale program integration.
