Operations Analyst (SLA Management)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; Workplace: On-site

Salary: $85,000–$184,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage SLA compliance, monitor SLA performance, identify breaches, and recommend improvements.
• Implement and maintain SLA monitoring systems and generate compliance reports for stakeholders.
• Track key performance metrics, investigate SLA breaches, and work with service providers to resolve performance issues.
• Develop and update SLA documentation, including service catalogs and operational level agreements.
• Participate in service review meetings and support SLA negotiation and renewal activities.
• Collaborate with IT teams on monitoring implementation, troubleshooting, service improvement, and IT service management integration.

Requirements

• Secret security clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and 0–3 years of experience for Junior, 4–7 years for Journeyman, or 8+ years for Senior roles.
• Professional proficiency in English and strong communication skills.
• Proficiency with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Relevant certifications include CEH, Cloud+, GCIH, GICSP, GSEC, Security+, SSCP, SecurityX/CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, or GFACT, depending on level.
