Management Analyst (DoD)

Location: On-site in Arlington, Virginia, United States. Occasional travel of up to 10% may be required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $88,000–$173,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze War Data Platform program operations, processes, resources, and performance.
• Conduct business case, cost-benefit, risk, quantitative, and qualitative analyses.
• Evaluate programmatic, technical, financial, and operational alternatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop reports, metrics, forecasts, presentations, and management information covering performance, costs, quality, compliance, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate with program managers, technical teams, financial analysts, and stakeholders to improve processes, planning, and resource allocation.
• Maintain program documentation, policies, procedures, management controls, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• SECRET security clearance required.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States required; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Junior: 0–3 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Journeyman: 4–7 years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Senior: 8+ years of experience and a bachelor's degree.
• Professional proficiency in English, strong communication skills, a self-starter mindset, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• CCSP, CFR, Cloud+, CSSLP, FITSP-D, FITSP-M, GDSA, GSEC, Security+, SecurityX/CASP+, or SSCP certification for Junior or Journeyman roles.
• CISSO, CISSP, CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, GCSA, GCIA, GCLD, GICSP, GSLC, or SecurityX/CASP+ certification for Senior roles.
