What you will do
- Review purchase requisitions and analyze supplier quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, payment conditions, and other purchasing and contract terms.
- Develop and improve supplier framework agreements and purchasing strategies.
- Plan and manage tendering and bidding processes.
- Handle operational purchasing, SAP documentation, master data, supplier claims, and complaints.
- Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and statistical analyses while contributing to digitalization and process optimization projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or relevant commercial training and comparable professional experience.
- Proven experience in technical and/or strategic procurement.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Independent, efficient, proactive, solution-oriented, and cost-conscious working style.
- Fluent German and business-fluent English, written and spoken, are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP user knowledge and strong data literacy are desirable.
