What you will do

• Develop and implement the supply-chain strategy and operating model for a new development programme.
• Lead Planning, Purchasing, and Fast Make Manufacturing as an integrated organisation.
• Own material and capacity planning, build readiness, and resolution of shortages and constraints.
• Build sourcing strategies, manage supplier selection and negotiations, and oversee supplier quality, cost, and delivery performance.
• Lead rapid prototyping capability, make/buy decisions, and the transition of successful prototypes into production.
• Establish supply-chain risk management, KPIs, cost-reduction initiatives, and performance reporting.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing, or procurement.
• Experience supporting complex engineering or new product development programmes.
• Strong understanding of planning, procurement, and manufacturing.
• Experience with prototype, low-volume, or fast-turn manufacturing.
• Proven supplier management and commercial negotiation capability.
• Experience building and developing high-performing supply-chain teams and collaborating across Engineering, Operations, and Programme Management.
