Supply Chain Manager

What you will do

• Direct and optimize the supply chain from Ukrainian and Polish suppliers to assembly locations in Germany.
• Manage relationships with key partners to ensure contract compliance and optimized lead times.
• Develop and execute contingency plans for supply routes to ensure business continuity.
• Navigate EU and non-EU trade regulations and manage customs documentation.
• Manage the bill of materials (BOM) and ensure production components are supplied in full.
• Leverage predictive analytics for stock management to mitigate downtime.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management or Strategic Purchasing.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proven experience managing suppliers in Eastern Europe (Poland/Ukraine).
• Willingness to travel between sites in Germany and partner locations in Poland.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian is a strong plus.

• Experience in defense, aerospace, or heavy machinery sectors.
