What you will do
- Partner with Investor Relations on legal rules and regulations covering investor communications, disclosures, earnings, conference calls, and Q&A sessions.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of investor-relations disclosure activity.
- Review websites, interviews, press interactions, conferences, events, blogs, and social media content before publication.
- Collaborate with Investor Relations, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and Securities Counsel to maintain consistent and compliant messaging.
- Identify disclosure risks and support the business during a period of increasing external profile and scrutiny.
- Respond to disclosure-related queries, including questions concerning regulatory reporting obligations.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of post-qualified experience across legal disclosure, investor relations, or securities compliance.
- Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory framework for investor relations and public-company disclosure in the US and UK.
- Excellent attention to detail and disciplined record-keeping practices.
- Confidence, discretion, and the ability to review sensitive or public-facing content under time pressure.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience supporting a company through significant external or public-profile growth, ideally in a listed or multi-jurisdictional context.
