Associate Account Manager (Bilingual Preferred)

What you will do

• Maintain and retain existing small and less complex commercial and industrial customers through daily proactive outreach.
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and respond to cancellation requests according to escalation policies.
• Explain available services, pricing structures, and offers while selling the full suite of hirify.global products.
• Complete contract renewals and support pricing initiatives to improve customer profitability and retention.
• Use Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings, proposals, customer emails, credits, and rate restrictions.
• Review customer-retention activities, goals, and key relationships with the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience required.
• Must work remotely from the USA.
• Bilingual ability is preferred.
